How we grade stock.

Every item on Future Retech gets a cosmetic grade from A+ to C. Every unit at every grade is fully tested, cleaned, and carries the same 12-month warranty. The grade is about how it looks, not how it works.

A+

As new. Indistinguishable from an unopened box. Rare — usually retailer returns or ex-display, never sold to a consumer.

−20% RRP

Excellent. Very light signs of use, only visible when inspected up close under good light. Most people can't tell it's not new. Our most popular grade.

−35% RRP

Good. Visible minor cosmetic wear — light scuffs on the chassis, small scratches on the screen. Nothing that affects use.

−50% RRP

Fair. Clear cosmetic wear, may include dents or deep scratches. Perfect for a backup device or where cosmetics don't matter.

−65% RRP

What every grade shares

Regardless of grade, every unit goes through the same 72-point technical inspection. Every screen tested. Every port tested. Every battery health-checked. Every camera and speaker tested. If it doesn't work as intended, it doesn't get listed.

Every unit ships with the same 12-month warranty and the same 30-day return window.

How to choose

If you're buying for someone else or want the peace of mind of near-new, go A+ or A. If you'll be using it in a bag day-to-day (laptops, phones, cameras), a B saves real money and blends into your own wear within weeks. Grade C is where the best bargains hide — often perfect for a car phone, a kids' first tablet, or a spare kit.
