Not what you expected? Return any item within 30 days for a full refund. We pay return postage.
How returns work
- Email hello@futureretech.com with your order reference (FR-) within 30 days of receipt.
- We reply with a prepaid Royal Mail returns label by email.
- Put the item back in its packaging (or any padded box), drop at any Post Office.
- Refund lands within 3 working days of us receiving and checking the return.
Condition we need it in
Same condition as when you received it. Data wiped, factory reset. Original box and accessories back in the parcel. You can absolutely try the item — that's the point of the 30 days — but treat it like a demo unit.
Items that arrived damaged
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the item is faulty out of the box, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement (if in stock) or refund in full without needing the damaged unit back unless we specifically ask.
After 30 days
Change-of-mind returns close at day 30. Faults after that fall under your 12-month warranty. UK consumer law rights on faulty goods continue for up to six years.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different item or grade? Note this in your return email and we'll hold the new item for you, dispatching once your return is processed. Any price difference either way is refunded or invoiced.
