Our privacy policy.

We collect the minimum data we need to send you a parcel and answer your emails. We don't sell information.

What we collect

• Name and delivery address (so Royal Mail / DPD can deliver)
• Email address (for order confirmations and dispatch notifications)
• Order history (for returns, warranty, customer service)
• Card payment tokens via Stripe — we never see or store the number

What we don't collect

• Cross-site tracking data — no behavioural advertising cookies
• Social media pixels
• Behavioural profiles

Retention

Order data is held for seven years for HMRC compliance. After that, deleted. You can request earlier deletion of personal data, though we may need to keep some records for our own legal reasons.

Data destruction

If you sell tech to us or send it in for repair, all data on the device is wiped to ADISA-certified standards before the device is refurbished or scrapped. Certificates of destruction available on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see what data we hold, correct anything wrong, or have it deleted. Email hello@futureretech.com — we respond within 30 days.
