Every item from Future Retech comes with a 12-month warranty. No opt-in, no upgrade tier, no small print. Same terms whether you paid £49 or £799.
What's covered
- Any hardware failure through normal use — screen, battery, ports, buttons, camera, speakers
- Manufacturing defects that appear within the warranty period
- Battery capacity falling below 80% of the tested figure at dispatch
- Free repair or, if we can't repair, free replacement with an equivalent unit
What's not covered
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, cracked screens)
- Liquid ingress
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Cosmetic wear beyond the original grade
How to claim
- Email warranty@futureretech.com with your order reference (starts with FR-) and a short description of the fault.
- We reply within one working day. Often we can diagnose remotely.
- If the item needs to come back, we send a prepaid Royal Mail label — return postage is on us.
- We repair or replace within 7 working days of receipt.
Beyond 12 months
UK consumer law protects you against faults for up to six years from purchase, depending on the reasonable lifespan of the item. If a well-cared-for laptop fails at 18 months, we'll assess it individually — no guarantee, but we'll always try.
