The legal detail, in plain English.

1. About us

Future Retech LTD is registered in England and Wales. When you place an order, you enter a contract with Future Retech LTD.

2. Orders

Your order confirmation email contains your reference (starts with FR-). The contract forms when we accept your order and successfully take payment. Until dispatch, either party can cancel.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment is by card at checkout via Stripe — card details are never stored on our servers.

4. Delivery

See our shipping page for full detail. We dispatch via Royal Mail and DPD across the UK.

5. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receipt to cancel a purchase. We extend this to 30 days as our standard returns window. See our returns page.

6. Warranty

Every item comes with our standard 12-month warranty against fault through normal use. See our warranty page for full terms.

7. Grade accuracy

We grade cosmetics as accurately as we can. If an item arrives materially worse than its grade, it's covered by our standard returns policy. Photos on the site are of the actual unit you'll receive.

8. Our liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid. We don't exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are resolved in the English courts.
